Delivery

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is free on every order to all seven emirates. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day, so most arrive the next working day. Please add your full address and an active phone number so the courier can reach you.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within the UAE only.

How do I check where my order is?

Message us on WhatsApp +971 54 445 7969 with your order number and we will tell you exactly where it is.

Orders & payment

How can I pay?

Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit or credit card, or Tabby — split your order into 4 interest-free payments. The options available for your order are shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us on WhatsApp +971 54 445 7969 with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be changed.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, which is how we keep our prices this low. If you're unsure about size, colour or material, message us on WhatsApp +971 54 445 7969 before you order and we'll help you choose.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Message us on WhatsApp +971 54 445 7969 on the day you receive it, with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll look into it straight away.

Our jewellery

Is it real gold?

Our gold pieces are gold-plated, not solid gold — most are 18K gold plated, and a few are 14K or 16K. The plating and the base metal (for example stainless steel or alloy) are listed on every product page.

Will it tarnish?

All plating wears with time. You can make it last much longer by keeping it away from perfume, lotion, chlorine and sea water, taking it off before showering or swimming, and storing it dry in a pouch or box. Read our care guides for more.

How do I know the size will fit?

Each product page lists the size — chain length, bracelet length or ring size — and whether it is adjustable. If you're between sizes, ask us on WhatsApp +971 54 445 7969 before you order.
